David Cullinane is the Sinn Féin TD for Waterford, first elected in 2016. He was a Senator from 2011-2016. David is the father of Emmet and Finn. He is a long-term campaigner on health and public services in the South-East, particularly on cancer, cardiac, and palliative care services. He has been an advocate for 24/7 emergency cardiac services at University Hospital Waterford, developing Waterford Airport, regenerating Waterford North Quays, establishing a University for the South East, investing in Waterford Port, and developing offshore energy.
