Sinn Féin candidate for Cork North-West

Nicole Ryan, 31, is the Sinn Féin General Election candidate in Cork North West. With a Degree in Marine Engineering and a Diploma and Post-Grad in Addiction Studies, Nicole has spent the last 8 years running a successful drug education enterprise, educating over 13,000 post-primary students nationwide on the dangers of substance abuse. Having grown up in Cork North West, Nicole is acutely aware of the issues facing this constituency, particularly those of our youth. Nicole is a passionate advocate of women’s health, access to affordable housing and mental well-being for all. As a committed community and voluntary activist Nicole was awarded Humanitarian of the Year in 2018 and is a recipient of the Pride of Cork award in 2021, her dedication to improving our communities and hands-on experience make Nicole a strong advocate for positive change in Cork North West.
